The contest runs from 1 May 2026 to 10 May 2026, 11.59pm. The winners will be announced on 20 May 2026 via the respective comment sections of the #MOMentsatNEX Photo Contest posts. Winners must contact NEX via Facebook or Instagram Message within five (5) working days after the announcement of winners.

Participants of this contest must be NEXrewards members. Non-members can sign up for free via the NEXrewards mobile application.

By participating in this contest, you agree to be bound by its Terms and Conditions.

Terms & Conditions:

This contest is open to all persons currently residing in Singapore with a permanent residential address, 18 years of age and above, except employees of NEX, their advertising agencies, and immediate families, or anyone else connected within this promotion.

The Management of NEX reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all participants and may request any information deemed necessary for this purpose. Prizes will only be awarded once the verification process is satisfactorily completed.

1. Participants of this contest must be NEXrewards members. Non-NEXrewards members can register for free via the NEXrewards mobile app.

2. The contest runs from 1 May 2026 to 10 May 2026, 11.59pm (Singapore GMT+8). Entries submitted after the closing time will not be considered.

3. Participants may join the contest on Facebook and/or Instagram, each person can only win once.

4. To qualify for the contest: 

- Participants must be 18 years of age and above at the start of the contest period.

- Participants must have a valid Facebook and/or Instagram (for verification purposes) and must be a fan / follower of NEX’s Facebook and/or Instagram page.

- Participants whose Facebook / Instagram accounts are not open to the public will not be eligible. 

- The Management of NEX reserves the right to disqualify any entry submitted by a participant with a fictitious or phantom Facebook profile. 

- One (1) eligible entry by a participant must fulfil the task on the contest post. A maximum of one (1) entry per person is allowed per platform.

- If a participant submits two (2) or more entries, only the last submission will be accepted on either platform, and all previous entries will be void.

5. At the end of the contest period, all eligible entries will be compiled. Six (6) winners across Facebook and Instagram will be selected by the Management of NEX at its sole discretion. The decision of the Management of NEX shall be final. The winners will be announced on 20 May 2026 via the respective comment sections of the #MOMentsatNEX Photo Contest posts.

 6. Prizes are as follows: Six (6) winners across Facebook and Instagram will each receive a Zhong Yan Tang hamper. The prize must be accepted as awarded and is not transferable, exchangeable for cash or in kind. 

7. Winners of this contest must contact NEX via Facebook or Instagram Message within five (5) working days after the announcement of winners. Winners must provide their Name, E-mail Address, and Mobile Number (as registered in their NEXrewards account) for verification purposes.

8. Each prize is awarded conditionally upon acceptance and if a winner is unable to be contacted within five (5) working days after the announcement of winners, a supplementary winner may be drawn at the management of NEX’s discretion. 

9. If any prize is unclaimed or declined after one (1) month from the date of notification to the winner, the prize shall be deemed as unclaimed or unaccepted. The management of NEX will not be responsible should any winner fail to redeem the prize within the specified date. 

10. The Management of NEX assumes no responsibility and is not liable for any costs, charges or expenses which a winner may be required to pay at any time in connection with a prize or in order to attend a prize presentation or prize collection. 

11. The Management of NEX reserves the right to provide substitute prize(s) of similar value should the specified prize become(s) unavailable. Cash will not be offered, and the prizes are not transferable. 

12. In the event of a dispute, any decisions made by NEX Management regarding the contest are final, conclusive, and binding on all participants, and no further correspondence will be entertained.

13. In the event of actual or suspected fraud, abuse (including but not limited to plagiarism), and/or errors affecting the proper conduct of the contest, such as awarding more prizes than available, NEX Management reserves the right to (a) terminate or suspend the contest, (b) amend these terms and conditions, (c) void the notification and selection of winners, or take any combination of these actions.

14. By joining this contest, participants consent to and grant the Management of NEX the right to collect, store, and process their data for the purpose of administering and evaluating the contest as well as use the contest submission (images / videos) for marketing, promotion and / or advertisement purposes, including print, audio-visual and social media, without restriction or limitation and for unlimited number of times. 

15. The Management of NEX reserves the right to suspend, cancel or modify the contest and/or revise these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. By continuing to participate in the contest after any revisions of these terms and conditions, participants shall be deemed to have agreed to the updated terms and conditions.
